Kulliyât al-fiqh & كليات الفقه لصدر الشريعة

Sadr al-Sharia’s Kulliyât al-fiqh is investigated in this article. First of all, I will examine some terms and works related to the al-kulliyât al-fiqhiyyah. The lack of works on alkulliyyât al-fiqhiyyah in the classical period of Islamic law and the priority of Mâlikîs makes Sadr al-Sharia’s Kulliyât al-fiqh important.
