The work entitled “Determining the Classification Standards of Arabic Texts for Non-Native Arabic Speakers According to CEFR: Reference Guide (AMS Tool)” presents a rigorously developed scientific and practical framework for the classification of written Arabic texts in accordance with learners’ proficiency levels. The project establishes a comprehensive set of standards that align with the CEFR while being carefully adapted to the structural and linguistic specificities of the Arabic language. To ensure methodological precision and scholarly reliability, the project employed the Delphi Technique, engaging 59 experts from 14 countries in a structured, multi-stage consultation process.
