From Ad`iyih-'i Hadrat-i Mahbub. (Cairo: Faraj Allah Zaki al-Kurdi, 1339/1920). Research has indicated that this Tablet was actually revealed before the Kitab-i-Aqdas. Through a series of short aphorisms, it describes the essence of wisdom, love, religion and detachment. One of the quotes from this Tablet, "The source of all learning is the knowledge of God, exalted be His glory" was chosen by Shoghi Effendi to adorn one of the doors on the House of Worship in Wilmette, Illinois.
