اللغة العربية العلمية: بين الترجمة والبحث العلمي

This article examines the emergence and development of scientific Arabic language during the early Islamic centuries. It challenges the traditional three-stage model (translation, assimilation, then creativity), arguing through three case studies — Optics, Algebra, and the translation of Diophantus — that scientific creativity was a companion to translation, not merely its successor.
